WEEKLY PRESS RELEASE ON TREASURY SHARES BUYBACK PLAN

Cernusco Lombardone (LC). November 3, 2025 - Technoprobe S.p.A., a leading company in the design and production of probe cards (the "Company" or "Technoprobe") listed on Euronext Milan, declares that, according to the Shareholders' Meeting on July 10, 2025 approval and initiated by the Board of Directors on July 23, 2025 (already object of informative also according to art.144 bis of the Consob Regulation 11971/99 and art. 132 of Legislative Decree no. 58/98), in the period from October 27, 2025 to October 31, 2025, it has not purchased any shares.

Purchases decisions were made by the intermediary Intesa SanPaolo S.p.A.

Therefore as at October 31, 2025 the Company owns 11,062,872 ordinary shares (equal to 1.69348% of the share capital).
