Technoprobe S.p.A. signed a strategic agreement with WinWay Technology Co., Ltd and MS SUN Technology Company Ltd for the supply of TPEG proprietary technology testing solutions

Cernusco Lombardone (LC), December 9th, 2025 - Technoprobe S.p.A., a leading company in the design and manufacturing of probe cards (the "Company" or "Technoprobe") listed on Euronext Milan, today announced to have entered into strategic agreement with WinWay Technology Co., Ltd., a leading IC testing interface supplier, listed on Taiwan Stock Exchange, and MS Sun Technology Company Ltd, a Taiwanese distribution company, to grant WinWay Technology Co., Ltd the right to use TPEG proprietary product technology ("Products").

Under the terms of the agreement, Technoprobe S.p.A. will act as the exclusive developer and manufacturer of testing solutions based on his TPEG proprietary technology granting WinWay Technology Co., Ltd the right to use it for a five-year period solely for the purpose of assembling, installing, maintaining, repairing, selling and distributing Products.

All intellectual property rights and to the technology, patents and know-how will remain the exclusive property of Technoprobe.

The agreement establishes that WinWay Technology Co., Ltd will purchase the Products from MS SUN Technology Company Ltd, that will be responsible with Technoprobe to provide post-sales activities.

It also guarantees that WinWay Technology Co., Ltd will purchase the Products over a minimum period of five years and for a minimum amount of approximately USD 60 million.
