SHARE CAPITAL INFORMATION AND VOTING RIGHTS
(art. 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis, of Consob Regulation n. 11971/1999)
Cernusco Lombardone (LC), 8 May, 2026 – Notice is hereby given that, as of today, as represented in the following table (i) the subscribed and paid in share capital of the company Technoprobe S.p.a. (the “Company”) is equal to Euro 6,532,608.70 and it is divided into no. 653,260,870 ordinary shares without a nominal value, of which no. 225,515,427 with one vote right per each and no. 427,745,443 with two vote rights per each since they have obtained the increase of the voting rights pursuant to art. 7 of the Statute; (ii) the total number of voting rights is equal to no. 1,081,006,313.
The Company points out that there has been an increase compared to what was communicated on April 29, 2026, regarding the total amount of voting rights.
