TECHNOPROBE: T-Plus S.p.A. presents candidate for director position
Cernusco Lombardone (LC), June 27, 2025 – With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting called for July 10, 2025, in a single call, Technoprobe S.p.A. ("Technoprobe" or the "Company") announces that the shareholder T-Plus S.p.A., holder of no. 368,653,261 ordinary shares Technoprobe corresponding to 56.43% of the share capital of the Company and 69.26% of the voting rights, presented the candidature of Mr. Chih-Kuang Yang in accordance with article 135-undecies. 1, paragraph 2, of the D.Lgs. 58/1998, as not independent director.
The proposal submitted by T-Plus S.p.A., together with the curriculum vitae and documentation with which Mr. Chih-Kuang Yang accepts the candidature and certifies that he meets the requirements prescribed by law and by the Company Bylaws, as well as full information about his personal and professional characteristics, are available to the public on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE, at the registered office and on the Company's website at https://www.technoprobe.com/company/governance/shareholders-meetings
