SUBSCRIBTION OF SHARES PURSUANT TO 2005A OPTION RIGHTS

SUBSCRIBTION OF SHARES PURSUANT TO 2005A OPTION RIGHTS

Technopolis Corporation has issued 339 703 new shares pursuant to the
subscriptions made by 2005A option rights. Subscription price when subscribed
for pursuant to option right was 3.266 euro per share and the subscription
price was entered into the invested non-registered equity fund of the company.

New shares have been registered into the trade register today 2 June 2010. The
number of the company's shares after issuance is 63 385 044 shares.

New shares entitle to dividend for the financial year 2010 and to other share
holder rights as of the registration date. The shares will be subject to trade
in OMX Nasdaq Helsinki on or about 3 June 2010.
