Technopolis Expands Its Viestikatu Campus in Kuopio

Technopolis Plc will launch phase 7C in Viestikatu near the University of
Kuopio. The investment is estimated to be EUR 8.0 million. The expansion is
connected with 1 February 2012 announced Viestikatu 7B investment.

The floor area of the 7C office will be approximately 4,800 square meters and
the gross area of the building totals 6,000 square meters. 50 % of the
facilities have been pre-let. Both phases 7B and 7C are scheduled for
completion in January 2013.
