Technopolis Launches Innova 2 in Downtown Jyväskylä

Technopolis will start construction of Innova 2 in downtown Jyväskylä. The
gross area of this downtown office facility will be approximately 10,000 square
meters and the investment, including a parking garage, will total approximately
EUR 19.8 million. The construction will begin on January 2011 with completion
expected to take approximately 14 months. A total of 30.0 % of the second phase
has been let.
