Technopolis Signs Significant Deal in Pulkovo

Technopolis has concluded a binding agreement with a Russian engineering
company Eltech SPb. The two year agreement covers approximately 1,000 square
meters in Technopolis' Pulkovo premises in St. Petersburg and includes a
variety of services. The tenant is scheduled to move up to 110 employees into
Technopolis Pulkovo starting in July 2011.

As a result of this deal the pre-let rate for Technopolis Pulkovo has now
increased to approximately 74 %.

The tenant Eltech SPb is a growing engineering company that provides high
technology solutions to the Russian semiconductor industry. It is an active
innovation ecosystem player and has strong relations and partnership with
universities and research institutes.
