Technopolis Ülemiste Enters into Agreement with Tax and Customs Board in Estonia

Technopolis Ülemiste AS, The Tax and Customs Board and Riigi Kinnisvara AS have
entered today into a ten year lease agreement. The Tax and Customs Board will
lease 11,651 square meters at the Technopolis Ülemiste airport campus in
Tallinn.

Technopolis Ülemiste is a subsidiary of Technopolis Plc which has a 51% holding
in the company. Technopolis' client is Riigi Kinnisvara AS. Kinnisvara is a
real estate development and administration company owned by the state of
Estonia. The company was established in 2001 to ensure efficient management of
government property.

The total investment in the Löötsa buildings on the Technopolis Ülemiste
airport campus is estimated to be around EUR 30 million of which EUR 7.5
million has been invested in the first phase. Technopolis Plc's share of the
total investment is in proportional to its 51% share of Technopolis Ülemiste
AS. The final investment decision by Technopolis Plc will be carried out in
January 2012. The rentable space totals approximately 24,650 square meters and
the gross area 29,650 square meters. So far 50% of the facilities have been
pre-let. The campus is scheduled for completion in October 2013.
