TECHNOPOLIS TO EXPAND AT HELSINKI-VANTAA, FINLAND

Technopolis will start construction of the second part of the fifth phase of
its Helsinki-Vantaa center. The size of the extension will be approximately
2,830 gross square meters and the investment will total approximately EUR 6.0
million. The construction will begin on June 2010 and the estimated date of
completion is on April 2011. A total of 18,5 % of the extension has been let.

Technopolis Helsinki-Vantaa is located next to the international airport.
