TECHNOPOLIS SIGNS FIRST ANCHOR TENANT TO PULKOVO
Technopolis has concluded a binding preliminary lease with Exigen Services,
inc., an international Russian software development company recognized as a
leading application outsourcing provider. The 5 year agreement with Technopolis
will initially cover 5,000 square meters on two floors of the Technopolis
Pulkovo building in St. Petersburg as well a variety of services. Exigen is
scheduled to move over 500 employees into Pulkovo in phases starting in October,
2010. In the aftermath of this deal the prelet rate for Technopolis Pulkovo will
increase to 38,7 %. The 24,000 square meter building is expected to be
commissioned this summer.
Since 2002 Exigen Services, headquartered in California, has pioneered the use
of agile methods for rapid and precise software development throughout the
financial, healthcare, telecommunications, government and media sectors. Clients
range from Fortune 500 to midsize companies, including Sun Microsystems, CSC,
T-Mobile and many others. Exigen Services was recently named as one of only 4
Russian companies to the 2009 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 list with a 5 year
