Flagging Notification in Accordance with Chapter 9 Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act

On October 16, 2018, Technopolis Plc received a flagging notification pursuant to Chapter 9 Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act.

According to the flagging notification, the total ownership in Technopolis Plc held by Keskinäinen työeläkevakuutusyhtiö Varma has on October 16, 2018 fallen below 5 per cent of all shares in Technopolis Plc, and the current holding of Keskinäinen työeläkevakuutusyhtiö Varma in Technopolis Plc's shares is 0 per cent. Before the notification Keskinäinen työeläkevakuutusyhtiö Varma’s total ownership in Technopolis Plc’s shares was 30,232,288 shares, which corresponds to 19.04 per cent of all shares.

Technopolis Plc has one share series, each share entitling to one vote. The total amount of shares is 158,793,662.
