Flagging Notification in Accordance with Chapter 9 Section 10 of the Finnish
Securities Markets Act

On 2 October 2015, Technopolis Plc has received flagging notification pursuant
to Chapter 9 Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act concerning shares
in Technopolis Plc.

According to the flagging notification, the total ownership to shares in
Technopolis Plc held by BNP Paribas Investment Partners S.A. has increased to
5,410,881 thus totaling 5.08 per cent of all shares in Technopolis Plc.

Technopolis Plc has one share series, each share entitling to one vote. The
total amount of shares is 106,511,632.
