Technopolis Plc: Disclosure of a Change in Holdings under section 9, Chapter 2
of the Securities Markets Act

According to information received, the proportion of Technopolis Plc's share
capital and votes directly held by Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company
(commercial register number 0107638-1), Helsinki, Finland, has increased above
one tenth (10 %) as a result of a share transaction carried out on February 2,
2012. After the transaction, the proportion of Technopolis Plc's share capital
and votes controlled directly by Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company is
6,372,725 shares and 10.05 % respectively.

The share capital of Technopolis Plc totals EUR 96,913,626 and is divided into
63,385,044 shares.
