According to information received on 13 March 2012 from BNP Paribas Investment
Partners (business ID number: 0882 221 433), the proportion of Technopolis
Plc's shares and votes held by its funds, has decreased below one tenth (10%)
on 20 October 2010 and below one twentieth (5%) on 17 January 2012.

The proportion of Technopolis Plc's shares and votes directly and indirectly
controlled on 9 March 2012 by BNP Paribas Investment Partners and its funds was
