Technopolis Plc: Disclosure of a Change in Holdings under section 9, Chapter 2
of the Securities Markets Act

According to information received, the proportion of Technopolis Plc's share
capital and votes directly held by Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company
(commercial register number 0533297-9), Helsinki, Finland, has increased above
two twentieths (15 %) as a result of a share transaction carried out on January
18, 2011. After the transaction, the proportion of Technopolis Plc's share
capital and votes controlled directly by Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company
is 10,279,371 shares and 16.22 % respectively.

The share capital of Technopolis Plc totals EUR 96,913,626 and is divided into
63,385,044 shares.
