Technopolis Plc: Disclosure of a Change in Holdings under Section 9, chapter 2
of the Securities Markets Act

According to information received from OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative
(commercial register number 0242522-1), the proportion of Technopolis Plc's
share capital and votes held by OP-Pohjola Group and its related parties as
well as OP-Pohjola Group affiliates and the mutual funds managed by them, has
decreased under one twentieth (5 %) as a result of a share transaction carried
out on January 18, 2011. The proportion of Technopolis Plc's share capital and
votes indirectly controlled by OP-Pohjola Group is 2,649,543 shares and 4.180 %
respectively.
