DISCLOSURE OF A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS UNDER SECTION 9 OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE
SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

According to information received, the proportion of Technopolis Plc's share
capital and votes indirectly held by Henderson Global Investors Limited,
London, register number 906355, has declined below one twentieth (5 %) as a
result of a share transaction carried out on September 25, 2009. The proportion
of Technopolis Plc's share capital and votes indirectly controlled by Henderson
Global Investors Limited is now 2,800,049 shares and 4.88 % respectively.
At the moment the share capital of Technopolis Plc totals EUR 96,913,626.29
divided into 57,345,341 shares.

As a result of the share issue informed 19 May, 2010 by stock exchange release,
the number of the Company's shares shall increase to 63,045,341 shares while
the share capital remains unchanged at EUR 96,913,626.29.
