Technopolis Sells Its Innovation Mill Business

Technopolis has sold its Innovation Mill business to Open Innovation Management
(OIM) Oy. The transfer of the business was signed today.

The deal concerns a total of 5 employees. They will be considered as old
employees by OIM. The transaction has no major impact on the cash flow or
result of Technopolis.

OIM is owned by former Technopolis Group Management Team members Jukka Rauhala
and Marko Järvinen.
