Technopolis Negotiates Acquisition of Tohloppi in Tampere

Technopolis is negotiating the acquisition of the Yleisradio (Finland's
national public broadcasting company) Tohloppi complex in Tampere. Technopolis
has decided to proceed to the due diligence phase of the process in order to
complete its final investigations into the condition of the premises and other
relevant operational issues. The indicative price for the facility's total of
approximately 30,000 square meters is EUR 22 million. If the acquisition
reaches a successful conclusion Yleisradio will be the main tenant for a
minimum of 20 years. The goal is to complete the acquisition after the Boards
of both companies, as well as the Administrative Council of Yleisradio have
approved the deal during the autumn.
