TECHNOPOLIS PLC               STOCK EXHANGE RELEASE               April 25, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. EEST

**Technopolis Plc’s Financial Reporting in 2019, Change in Previously Announced

**

On March 20, 2019, Kildare Nordic Acquisitions S.à r.l. gained title to all the shares in Technopolis Plc in accordance with Chapter 18, Section 6 of the Finnish Companies Act and Technopolis’ shares were delisted from Nasdaq Helsinki the same day.

On April 2, 2019, Technopolis announced it will redeem all of its outstanding notes due 2020 on May 29, 2019. Technopolis will also apply for delisting of the notes from Nasdaq Helsinki.  The notes will be delisted as soon as possible after they have been redeemed. Following the redemption and delisting, Technopolis will not have any publicly traded financial instruments.

According to the terms and conditions of the notes (section 9.1.1.), the issuer must make available its unaudited consolidated financial statements within two (2) moths after the end of each quarter of its financial year. Based on the above, as the notes will be redeemed and are expected to be delisted prior to the required reporting date, Technopolis has decided not to publish its Q1 2019 interim report. The previously announced publication date was May 3, 2019.
