Technopolis to Expand Innova in Jyväskylä

Technopolis Plc will launch Innova phase 4 in Jyväskylä. The investment is
estimated to be EUR 23 million. The floor area will be approximately 8,950
square meters and the gross area of the building totals 11,200 square meters.

2,000 square meters will be let by the anchor tenant retail company Kesko. The
length of the lease agreement is 15 years. The building is scheduled for
completion in September 2013.
