Sami Laine Appointed New CFO of Technopolis

Sami Laine (b.1971), M.Sc. (Econ.), has been appointed as the new CFO of
Technopolis Plc. He will replace retiring CFO Reijo Tauriainen.

Laine is currently the CFO of Renor Oy, a Finnish property development and
investment company. He has a strong background in funding, financial management
and investor relations as he has held Group Treasurer positions in Oriola-KD
Plc, Etteplan Oyj and SATO Corporation.

“Reijo has played a critical role in the Technopolis story, and he has been an
indispensable asset to the company,” says Keith Silverang, CEO of Technopolis.
”However I am confident that we have found in Sami a very talented replacement
who can help take the company to the next level.”

Sami Laine will take over as CFO in May, 2017.
