Changes in Technopolis Management Team at the Beginning of 2013

As of January 1, 2013, there will be changes in the Technopolis Plc's
Management Team. The New Management Team after changes:

Keith Silverang CEO
Reijo Tauriainen CFO and Deputy CEO
Juha Juntunen Finnish Operations, Sales & Marketing
Sami Juutinen International Operations
Kari Kokkonen Real Estate Operations
Outi Raekivi Legal Affairs & Human Resources

The new Management Team members are Juha Juntunen and Outi Raekivi. Marko
Järvinen and Jukka Rauhala are aiming to set up a new company to provide
innovation services for growth companies in close co-operation with
Technopolis.
