CHANGES IN TECHNOPOLIS PLC ORGANIZATION

CHANGES IN TECHNOPOLIS PLC ORGANIZATION

As of October 1, 2010 the following organizational changes will take effect at
Technopolis Plc. Marko Järvinen will take over Finnish country management
responsibilities. He will be responsible for domestic operations, as well as
all sales and marketing activities in the Group. New Management Team members
also include Jukka Rauhala, who will direct Helsinki Metropolitan Area
operations while continuing to lead Development Services operations and Kari
Kokkonen, who will manage and develop the Group's real estate and service
platform. Chief Sales Officer Seppo Selmgren has left Technopolis and is no
longer a member of the Group Management Team.

Following these changes the Group Management Team will comprise Keith Silverang
(CEO), Reijo Tauriainen (CFO and Deputy CEO), Marko Järvinen (Director, Finnish
Operations), Satu Eskelinen (Director, Business Services), Jukka Rauhala
(Director, Development Services) and Kari Kokkonen (Director, Real Estate
Operations).
