Technopolis Plc: The Statement concerning the valuation of investment
properties December 31,2010

Technopolis Plc will publish a statement concerning the valuation of its
investment properties as of December 31, 2010, since the statement in question
was not included in the notes to the consolidated financial statements. This
statement regarding the valuation of Technopolis' investment properties was
prepared by Realia Management Oy and is attached to this release. The statement
