Technology One Limited – Director Resignation

Technology One Limited (TechnologyOne) (ASX:TNE) advises that Edward James Chung has resigned as an Executive Director of TechnologyOne to enable Mr Chung to focus on his other corporate responsibilities within the Company.

Mr Chung’s resignation has been accepted by Board and is effective from 10 August 2015.

The Board of TechnologyOne thanks Mr Chung for his contribution to the Board over the last 7 years, since May 2008.
