Company Secretary Appointment/Resignation

The Board of Technology One Limited (ASX:TNE) wishes to advise that Mr David Orchard has resigned from his position as Company Secretary, and will be leaving the Company. The Board would like to thank Mr Orchard for the significant contribution he has made to the Company during his time as Company Secretary.

Mr Rodney Hooper, currently General Counsel for Technology One Limited, has been appointed as Company Secretary effective 8 July 2011.
