on targeting Canadian tenement assets
for cobalt as a specific battery element
high in demand. Cobalt was highly
sought after between 2016 and 2018 for
the rapidly growing battery and electric
vehicle industries. During this time, the
Company applied for admission to the
Official List of the ASX (“Application”) on
or about 4 September 2018. However,
due to a combination of oversupply of
cobalt and other competing battery
elements, the price of cobalt declined. As
a result, offer participants retracted their
applications and the Company later
withdrew its Application. The Company
now has an entirely new focus and new
assets.
