Release from Escrow
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, TechGen Metals Ltd (ASX: TG1), (“TG1” or “Company”) advises that on the 26 November 2021, 5,013,381 ordinary fully paid shares, which were classified as restricted securities at the time that the Company was admitted to the official list of the ASX, will be released from escrow.
The Company will apply to the ASX for quotation of the fully paid ordinary shares when released in accordance with Listing Rule 2.8.5.
TGI further advises that on the same day 2,333,334 unlisted options (exp. 27 April 2024) will also be released from escrow.
