Description
TechGen Metals Ltd (‘TG1’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Thursday, 1 April 2021.
Official quotation of TG1’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 11:00 am AEST on Wednesday, 7 April 2021.
TG1 raised $6,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 17 February 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 30,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
