DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
TechGen Metals Limited (“ TechGen ” or the “ Company ”) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”) of the Company will be held on Friday, 24 November 2023.
An item of business at the AGM will be election of Directors. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is 9 October 2023. Any nominations must be received no later than 5:00pm (WST) on 9 October 2023 at the Company’s registered office.
