ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESOLUTION WITHDRAWL
TechGen Metals Limited (ACN 624 721 035) (“TechGen” or the “Company”) advises that, further to its announcement of 14 November 2022, the Company wishes to also withdraw Resolution 6(d) of its Notice of Annual General Meeting lodged on 28 October 2022. .
The Resolution relates to the approval to issue 54,054 Placement Shares to Mr. Sathiaseelen Govender (and/or his nominees). Mr. Sathiaseelen Govender no longer intends on participating in the Placement and therefore Resolution 6(d) is hereby withdrawn from the business of the Meeting.
The Company intends to place the 54,054 Placement Shares with a non-related party and therefore will still achieve the full raise amount of $2,000,000 (as announced on 15 September 2022).
