Board Changes

Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

The Company (AQSE: TECH), is pleased to advise that Manish Shavadia has been appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer and appointed as Company Secretary. The appointment comes in the wake of the acquisition of 25% of The Dilotiko Project, announced on 20 January 2026, with an option to increase up to 60% of the operation. Full details of the Dilotiko Project were detailed in the Company's AGM Circular to Shareholders ("Circular"), dated 17 September 2025. Details of Manish's required disclosures were also in the ("Circular"), and there is no further information since then that is required to be disclosed under Rule 4.9 of the Aquis Growth Market Access Rulebook. The Company also notifies that Asaf Lahav has resigned from the Board with immediate effect. The Company would like to thank Asaf for his services over the years. Asaf was involved with the Company from the outset and was instrumental in the successful disposal of the investee companies and trading subsidiaries, allowing the Company the ability to look for other deals, that culminated in the acquisition of the Dilotiko Project.

The Board looks forward to advising of progress as the Company pushes forwards with its operations.
