Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform of the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22[nd] October 2021 for allotment of 1,01,950 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as detailed hereunder:
