Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, intimation is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 23[rd] April, 2025 and Thursday, 24[th] April, 2025, to inter-alia consider and approve:

1. The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31[st] March, 2025.

2. Recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31[st] March, 2025.

The Audited Financial Results will be considered and declared on Thursday, 24[th] April, 2025.

Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in its Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company for the aforesaid purpose w.e.f. Tuesday, 1[st] April, 2025 to Saturday, 26[th] April, 2025 (both days inclusive) and shall open from Sunday, 27[th] April, 2025, i.e. 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31[st] March, 2025.
