Dear Sir,
Pursuant to the provisions of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform of the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on 19th June, 2021 for allotment of a total of 1,66,517 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:
- 1,51,467 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP – 2014
- 9,050 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP – 2018
- 6,000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML-ESOP-B-2013
