Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform of the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on 9 th October 2021 for allotment of 2,10,555 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as detailed hereunder:
- 2,01,755 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP – 2014
- 8,800 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP – 2018
