Pursuant to the provisions of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform the Stock Exchange of the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on 19[th] May, 2020 for issue and allotment of a total of 222,500 equity shares of Rs.5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:

• 203,750 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP - 2014.
