Pursuant to the provisions of the Listing Agreement, we wish to inform the Stock Exchange of the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on April 22, 2019 for issue and allotment of a total of 7,37,778 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants, as under:

• 250 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.
• 6,67,354 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML ESOP B 2013.
• 65,842 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP-2014.
• 4,332 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML RSU.
