Dear Sir/Madam,

Further to our earlier intimation dated 21^st February, 2019, this is to inform you that the Company has received final observations from the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") vide their letter dated March 12, 2019 on the Draft Letter of Offer dated February 26, 2019 filed in connection with the Buyback.

In accordance with the SEBI (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018, the Company will dispatch the Letter of Offer for the Buyback to eligible shareholders as on the record date of March 6, 2019, on or before March 19, 2019.

You are requested to kindly take note of the following schedule of activities in relation to the Buyback:
