In terms of Regulations 30 and 46 read with clause 15 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Company has today viz. Thursday, 24 April 2025, concluded its quarterly earnings meeting with several Analysts/Institutional Investors/Funds on the Financial Results of the Company, for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2025 (“Financial Results”).

Mr. Mohit Joshi, Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Rohit Anand, Chief Financial Officer and members of the Senior Management Team represented the Company at the said quarterly earnings meeting. The Analysts/Institutional Investors/Funds were briefed on the published Audited Financial Results, overall performance of the businesses of the Company, growth strategy and general industry update, followed by a Question & Answer session with the management.
