The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of TeamViewer SE declare that TeamViewer SE since its last declaration dated December 2024 complied with all recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code in its version of 28 April 2022, published by the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection on 27 June 2022 in the official section of the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) (the "Code"), and intends to comply with all recommendations of the Code in the future.
