Declaration by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of TeamViewer SE regarding the recommendations of the Government Commission German Corporate Governance Code pursuant to Section 161 German Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz)

The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of TeamViewer SE declare that TeamViewer SE since its last declaration dated December 2022 complied with all recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code in its version of 28 April 2022, published by the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection on 27 June 2022 in the official section of the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) (the "Code"), and intends to comply with all recommendations of the Code in the future.
