Goeppingen, Germany, January 8, 2025 – According to preliminary analyses, TeamViewer generated Revenue of c. €671 million (+9% cc yoy) in fiscal year 2024, thereby exceeding its Revenue guidance of €662 million to €668 million. The Adjusted EBITDA margin guidance for FY 2024 of at least 44% remains unchanged.
Main reason for the higher Revenue were stronger-than-expected full-year Billings of c. €700 million, particularly from large Enterprise and Frontline deals in the last weeks of the fourth quarter.
TeamViewer will publish its full set of preliminary and unaudited Q4/FY 2024 results on February 12, 2025. Notices on alternative performance measures (APMs) are included in the regular financial reporting of the company.
