With reference to the above-mentioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, read with the Amendments, we wish to inform you, the Board of Directors of TeamLease, at their meeting held today; Tuesday, February 09, 2021 commenced at 03:00 PM IST and concluded at 04:00 PM IST, have noted the following change in Key Managerial Personnel(s) of the Company:

• Step down of Mr. Narayanaswamy Ravi Vishwanath, from the position of Chief Financial Officer effective from conclusion of the business hours March 31, 2021.

• Appointment of Ms. Ramani Dathi as Deputy Chief Financial Officer to head the finance function of the Company effective from April 01, 2021.

In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 read with the Amendments, please find enclosed herewith the required disclosures in Annexure A .

Please, further note that the Board has authorized Ms. Ramani Dathi as a designated Key Managerial Personnel for the purpose of determining materiality of events/information and make necessary disclosures to the Stock Exchanges as per the Company’s Materiality Policy.

BRIEF PROFILE OF MS. RAMANI DATHI

Ms. Ramani Dathi is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 15 years of experience. She also holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce and a diploma in Information Systems Audit. Prior to joining TeamLease in 2014, she has worked for Deloitte and Price Waterhouse Coopers in audit and assurance services.

Ms. Dathi had led the entire back-end process of TeamLease’s IPO which was rated as one of the most successful IPOs of that time. Post IPO, she has led various functions in corporate finance including mergers and acquisitions, governance and risk management, business partnering, finance planning & analysis, and Investor relations.
