everplay group plc (formerly Team17 Group plc), a leading global independent ("indie") games developer and publisher of premium video games, working simulation games and children's edutainment apps, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held earlier today were duly passed.

Resolution 6, which concerned the re-election of Steve Bell, was formally withdrawn at the meeting following the announcement of his resignation.
