everplay group plc, a leading global independent ("indie") developer and publisher of premium video games, working simulation games and children's edutainment apps announces that it has received a notification from Debbie Bestwick, Non-Executive Director of the Company that on 2 September 2025 she gifted 615,764 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Active Respite.

Active Respite is a UK charity founded in 2022 and fully funded by Debbie Bestwick. The charity provides financial and practical support to children and families in need, promoting children's educational and physical wellbeing. 

Following this gift, Ms Bestwick's interest in Ordinary Shares is as follows:
