Team17, a global games label, creative partner, developer, and publisher of independent ("indie") premium video games, educational entertainment apps for children and working simulation games, announces that it has received notification from Mark Crawford, Chief Financial Officer, that on 31 March 2023 he purchased 6,622 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 377.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Crawford holds 23,137 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Shares.

As at the date of this announcement, the Company has 145,593,271 Ordinary Shares in issue.
