Director/PDMR shareholding

Team17, a global games label, creative partner and developer of independent ("indie") premium video games and developer of educational entertainment ("edutainment") apps for children, has been notified that on 18 January 2022, Debbie Bestwick (Chief Executive Officer), a person closely associated with Christopher Bell (Non-Executive Chairman), and Martin Hellawell (Non-Executive Director) purchased Ordinary Shares in the Group at a price of 714 pence per share. These purchases were undertaken as part of the non pre-emptive placing (the "Placing") of new ordinary shares (the "Placing Shares") announced on 13 January.

Debbie Bestwick purchased 140,056 Placing Shares. Following this purchase, Mrs Bestwick holds 29,294,218 Ordinary Shares, representing 20.26% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

A person closely associated with Christopher Bell purchased 7,002 Placing Shares. Following this purchase, Mr Bell and person closely associated with him hold 97,911 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

Martin Hellawell purchased 14,000 Placing Shares. Following this purchase, Mr Hellawell holds 24,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

The Group's current share capital consists of 144,620,544 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
